Waiora International Independent Associates
In order to take advantage of the Independent Waiora Directory Service, you must first be an Waiora International Representative. Participating Waiora International Reps must also have an Waiora International Web site as provided by Waiora International. Any Waiora International Independent Associate may participate providing that you/they have an active Waiora International Independent Associate account.

Independent Waiora Directory
By joining Independent Waiora, representatives are entitled to a listing in the city/town of your choice anywhere within the Independent Waiora location database. The accompanying link will link directly to the Waiora International Web site of your choice.

The Cost to Participating Representatives
The cost to you is minimal. We provide the linking technology and promote Independent Waiora accordingly. The cost is only $7.50 per month to participate.

Additional Locations
Participating representatives may elect to add themselves to any other cities or towns within the Independent Waiora directory at an additional cost of $7.50 per city or town, per month, providing you/they have signed-up for your/their hometown first. After your account has been activated, you will receive an invitation to add additional cities/towns.

Billing
Participating representatives will agree to have the $7.50 per city/town deducted from the credit/debit card of their choice. We accept VISA and MasterCard, credit or debit cards. You have the choice of having your account billed either monthly, or yearly.

Discontinuing Service
This Independent Waiora service is only a month-to-month (or year-to-year) contract. You may discontinue the service at any time. Charges are deducted monthly (or yearly). It is the responsibility of the representative to inform Independent Waiora of the discontinuance either by phone or email. There are no refunds of unused time, i.e., if there are 16 days left in your billing cycle when you discontinue service, you will still have the service for the remaining days, but no further charges will appear on your credit card. They will cease until you request being re-instated. If your charge is not approved for renewal, your service will automatically be discontinued until you contact us and ask to be re-instated.
